Completed Developments (2024–2025)
During 2024–2025, boutique residential developments were completed and delivered in Engomi, Nicosia. These included a limited-unit project comprising two-bedroom and one-bedroom apartments, as well as a luxury development of three-bedroom residences designed with emphasis on timeless quality and architectural clarity.
Each project was selected and delivered with technical consistency and a clear investment rationale.
Near Completion
The “Artemis” project in Lakatamia, a nine-residence development adjacent to the Linear Park, is on track for full completion and handover.
This is a signature development featuring contemporary minimal architecture, clean volumetric design and carefully selected materials. Its location and design combine to create a high-specification project that reflects the company’s selective approach.

2026 – New Signature Projects
ALAKATIA – Lakatamia
The ALAKATIA project in Lakatamia is a refined, energy-efficient residential development situated at a privileged elevation with unobstructed views, in a quiet area with direct access to the Nicosia ring road. The design is based on strict quality specifications and a contemporary architectural identity.
Heritage Residence – Sia
The Heritage Residence in Sia involves the restoration and extension of a listed residence of high architectural value, featuring a private swimming pool, an extensive garden and private parking areas. The project combines historical character with modern living quality.
Under Strategic Planning
The company’s pipeline includes:
