The building’s volume is low and horizontally extended, following strong linear elements that emphasise its relationship with the surrounding environment and create a sense of calmness and stability.
The façade is organised with geometric precision, making dynamic use of the contrast between white surfaces, metal panels in earthy tones, and vertical timber louvers. Textures and colours are combined in a harmonious composition, balancing modern minimalism with natural warmth.
Openings are discreet and strategically positioned to ensure abundant natural light within the interior, without disrupting the clarity of the elevations. The entrance is subtly defined and seamlessly integrated into the overall composition, enhancing the sense of privacy.
All living spaces are organised on the ground floor and essentially revolve around the swimming pool, with the main openings oriented toward it, strengthening the connection between interior and exterior living.
