Completed Developments (2024–2025)
During 2024–2025, boutique residential developments were completed and delivered in Engomi, Nicosia. These included a limited-unit project comprising two-bedroom apartments and studios, as well as a luxury development of three-bedroom residences designed with emphasis on timeless quality and architectural clarity.
Each project was selected and delivered with technical consistency and a clear investment rationale.
Near Completion
The “Artemis” project in Lakatamia — a nine-residence development adjacent to the Linear Park — is approaching full completion and handover.
This is a signature development featuring contemporary minimal architecture, clean volumetric design, and carefully selected materials. The location and architectural approach combine to create a high-specification project that reflects the company’s selective philosophy.

2026 – New Signature Projects
ALAKATIA – Lakatamia
A refined, energy-efficient residential development situated at a privileged elevation with unobstructed views, in a quiet area with direct access to the Nicosia ring road. The design is based on strict quality specifications and a contemporary architectural identity.
Heritage Residence – Sia
A restoration and extension of a listed residence of high architectural value, featuring a private swimming pool, extensive landscaped gardens, and private parking areas. The project harmoniously combines historical character with modern living standards.
Under Strategic Planning
The company’s pipeline includes:
