The ground floor accommodates the main living areas — including the living room, kitchen, and dining area — arranged in a unified open-plan layout. The composition is organised linearly and ultimately forms an L-shape, “embracing” the outdoor space and swimming pool.
Along the entire length of the ground floor, the aluminium glazing system fully opens the interior spaces to the exterior, where a spacious terrace with a striking swimming pool becomes the focal point. A refined canopy structure shelters the outdoor lounge area, enhancing both comfort and architectural expression.
The upper floor hosts the more private areas, such as the bedrooms, designed to offer comfort, privacy, and views toward the outdoor space.
