Residence in the Nicosia District (A & E)

Location: Nicosia

This project represents a harmonious composition of clean lines and refined aesthetics, where solids and voids, reinforced concrete and openings coexist in balanced dialogue.

It was designed by GDM Architecture.

The building unfolds across three levels:

• The ground floor accommodates the shared living areas.
• The mezzanine and third level include the private spaces.

All levels are harmoniously interconnected, both visually and physically, through vertical internal openings that enhance spatial continuity.

The thoughtful design of both external and internal openings ensures natural ventilation throughout the year, while the large ground-floor openings establish visual and physical connection with the courtyard, reinforcing the sense of openness and comfort.

Through this project, functionality meets aesthetics, creating spaces that are simultaneously contemporary, luminous, and warm.
