Xenios Pharmacy, Tseri

Project Overview

Xenios Pharmacy, Tseri

Xenios Pharmacy in Tseri is a contemporary commercial space designed by Maratheftis Architects Studio, primarily intended for use as a pharmacy.

The building is developed across three levels: a basement accommodating parking spaces, a ground floor housing the main pharmacy area and laboratory, and a mezzanine level that includes offices, retail space and a multi-purpose area.

The interior spaces are largely open plan, allowing visitors to move freely throughout the building. The ground floor and mezzanine function almost as a unified space, enhancing the sense of openness and spatial continuity.

Externally, the building envelope is clad on all façades with perforated aluminium panels, creating a cohesive and contemporary architectural aesthetic.

These panels also serve as sun-shading devices for the extensive glazing, while their perforation pattern generates an engaging interplay of light within the interior.
