Residence in Dali (E & M)

Location: Nicosia

This project is a contemporary residence of high aesthetic value, where architectural geometry and functionality are harmoniously combined. Designed by architect Christos Tziortzis and XTArch Architects, the composition is characterised by clean lines, sharp angles, and a dynamic volume that creates movement and visual impact.

The façade combines materials such as exposed concrete, panel cladding in warm and cool tones, and neutral surfaces, achieving a refined dialogue between warmth and modern minimalism. Vertical openings allow natural light to flow into the interior while maintaining privacy.

The entrance is highlighted through a bold composition of projecting lines and shading elements, giving the building a distinct architectural identity. The surrounding landscape complements the design with minimalist planting that accentuates the building’s volumes and material palette.

The residence is organised across two levels: the ground floor accommodates the shared living areas, while the upper floor hosts the private rooms. Large ground-floor openings establish a direct connection with the courtyard and the striking swimming pool, enhancing the sense of indoor–outdoor continuity.

It is a residence that reflects contemporary living, placing emphasis on comfort, construction quality, and architectural refinement.
