The architectural composition unfolds across two levels — the main living areas on the ground floor and the private areas on the upper floor — with clearly defined volumes that create dynamism and a sense of lightness. Large glazed surfaces allow abundant natural light to flood the interior while establishing a strong visual and functional connection with the outdoor spaces.
Panel cladding on the upper-level volumes is harmoniously combined with white plaster finishes and metal elements, adding modern character and warmth to the façade. The external metal staircase and the canopy structure in darker tones further enhance the contemporary aesthetic, while also providing functionality and protection.
The overall architectural concept strikes a balance between modern minimalism and refined luxury, incorporating elements that ensure comfort, brightness, and elegance in both interior and exterior spaces.
