This project is a contemporary three-storey apartment building designed by Marathefti Architects Studio, with emphasis on geometric clarity and functionality. The design is characterised by dynamic horizontal lines and bold cantilevered projections, adding depth, balance, and movement to the façade.
The architectural composition is based on the simplicity of white surfaces, combined with warm-toned panel cladding that creates contrast and visual harmony. Large glazed openings and balconies with transparent railings enhance the sense of openness and strengthen the connection with the surrounding environment.
The building is organised to ensure maximum comfort and privacy for each apartment, while the interplay of volumes creates a dynamic pattern of light and shadow throughout the day.
